oh darn. I would have liked to win (though I’m a sucker for madeleines right out of the oven).
I do bake a lot, but I also draft some posts ahead of time. I’d been sitting on that Daring Bakers post for a while because I made it very early in the month.
The almond cake is delicious. I think you’d like it.
